Payment is due before your appointment via Zelle or Cash App. The price quoted is the price paid — no hidden fees.
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to make it right at no charge.
You agree to provide safe access for our cleaners. SparkleClean is not responsible for damage from pre-existing conditions or inaccessible areas.
SparkleClean is licensed, bonded, and insured. Report accidental damage within 24 hours. Liability is limited to reasonable repair or replacement cost.

These terms are governed by Virginia law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hampton Roads, Virginia.
